- Eat REAL food. Food in its most natural state.
- Protein at every meal EVERY time you eat.
- Vegetables are your BFFs! Enjoy unlimited amounts especially the green ones.
- Eat in season.
- Limit your starches from morning to early afternoon.
- Drink WATER! (Minimum of 64 oz a day.)
