Amazing how much stuff you accumulate. Not only the bedroom, family room and on the counters, but in the refrigerator — clean out the refrigerator. Stuff doesn’t make life easier. In fact, it can hold you back and clutter your mind, body and spirit.

How much stuff do you have taking up space?

1. What areas do you frequent the most?
2. Pick the top three that impact you the most.
3. Start with the BIGGEST project first.
4. Time to declutter…
   • Have you used it in the past year?
   • Yes – you can KEEP it.
   • N0 – ask yourself what’s the purpose of it?
   • If it’s a heirloom, you need it for work, then find a safe place for it.
   • If it’s not the heirloom, donate or trash it!
5. Rinse and repeat.
