Every second that passes adds up to minutes of aging, getting older by the days, wondering what’s ahead in the months and years to come.
Maybe today you are feeling old. The body is creeking and stumbling to move as you arise from your bed.
The stress and the struggles of life have a tight grip. And when you factor in family – the children, husband, and all, YIKES!!
This might seem a bit extreme, but emotions in life cause us to reach that extreme.

- BREATHE more often and listen to your breathing pattern.
- Find at least 15 minutes of YOU time. (no electronics)
- Go to bed 10 minutes early. And if you can…1 HOUR earlier!
