- Take one step each day towards your goal regardless how big or small it is.
- If need be, readjust your goals to meet your lifestyle goals.
- Rinse and repeat. Keep doing the same thing everyday, even when you don’t want to.
- Just do it.
Consistency will create determination in front of you without overwhelming your mind, body, and spirit. You can do this. BELIEVE!!!
