But it’s not always about doing something. It’s more about the purpose, the intention, the desired outcome. The art of action.

The art of: a skill at doing a specified things, typically one acquired through practice.
Action: the fact or process of doing something typically to achieve an aim.
Aim (noun): a purpose or intention, a desired outcome.

Some people are really good at taking action like go-getters, investors. Their personality is to take action to meet a goal/need.
But the action we normally take in our daily live requires little focus — it’s because we are operating from the subconscious level.
We are not taking our actions seriously because we don’t take the time to understand the art of achieving an aim (action).
And then you wonder why you can’t make lasting changes and create the lifestyle you want. The art of action.
