Dinnertime is where the foundation of the family is strengthened and the heartbeat of the family can be heard. Ideas are shared. Tears are cleansing. Comfort is brought by yummy food and just being together.

When I had my own licensed day school, the children I cared for spent over 70% of their waking hours with me. And for some, it was greater than 80%.
Think about this…. If you (or your husband) work away from the family for 14 hours with a total of 17 hours of wake time, you (or him) are spending 82% away from the family. YIKES!!!!
You don’t want to be living life going through the motions. You and your family matters!
