How we feel and go through life is a choice. You can choose to be mad or sad. Just as happiness is a choice.
How you get up in the morning. What is the first thought?
“Oh my! It’s Monday. I wish it was Friday.”
Or…
“This is a beautiful day. Let’s get this adventure going!”
Regardless of the tone in your voice, your words set the tone of your day for you and your family. People feed off of you.

So if happiness is a choice, how do you define happiness?
You might say appreciation, support, money, morning workouts (me time) or feeling loved.
These are great, but circumstantial. They can’t be a constant in life. The only constant in life you have is CHANGE.
When happiness is a choice, how do you find it?
You can make the right choices in the midst of the storms (bad feelings). It’s all about changing your perspective from “have to” to “get to”.
