Think about it. All those things from getting ready in the morning, to opening the blinds, to working and making the kids’ lunch. The list goes on forever. Give yourself credit for all you do.
There was a study released in England this month (12/04/2015) that looking at 1,583 mums and what the tasks they do in a day. Mums complete 59 tasks in a day!
- 9 out of 10 lead in the child-related activities.
- 2/3 of these mums’ partners want them to take the lead in child related activities.
- 7 out of 10 are overwhelmed by how much they must remember in a day.
When you are browsing Facebook and Instagram, what are you seeing? Everyone else’s highlight reel.
What you need to be reviewing is YOUR highlight reel! Stop comparing and look at all you accomplish in a day.
