285 Are You a Political Disciplinarian?

Here in America, we are blest to be able to have the right to vote for our government officials.

In the political world, politicians make promises, commitments, and statements that most of the time do not follow through. They say one thing and do something different.

How are you in your household? Are you a political disciplinarian who makes promises but never follows through? Or are you one willing to make the sacrifice in order to bring success for your child(ren)?

Discipline is not talked about often as there are SO many different opinions. But what you can do is learn how you can be the best mom (or dad) for your child and raise them up with ways to keep them safe and help them blossom into amazing contributing adults in the future.

What matters to you? How many “likable” votes you get, or raising amazing children?

It’s not easy, but the strategy is simple. Ready to be awesome, Mom (and Dad)?

The K.I.S.S. ~ Be consistent with follow through!

1. Don’t discipline with empty threats.
2. Don’t throw the other disciplinarian under the bus.
3. Put yourself in timeout.
4. Speak what you will enforce.
5. Follow through.
