Amazing how much stuff you accumulate. Not only the bedroom, family room and on the counters, but in the refrigerator — clean out the refrigerator. Stuff doesn’t make life easier. In fact, it can hold you back and clutter your mind, body and spirit.

- Pick the top three that impact you the most.
- Start with the BIGGEST project first.
- Time to declutter…
- Have you used it in the past year?
- Yes – you can KEEP it.
- N0 – ask yourself what’s the purpose of it?
- If it’s a heirloom, you need it for work, then find a safe place for it.
- If it’s not the heirloom, donate or trash it!
- Rinse and repeat.
