You are bombarded with the best choices of supplements and vitamins. People not only aim for your pain points to convince you, but they try and tempt with your pocketbook. A sales here, a discount there.
There are hundreds of programs and signature series that guarantee results. Special programs written just for you.
As all of this sounds good, there is one major ingredient that is missing.
- You – the willing participant.
- You – the consistent doer.
- You – the finisher.
Does that sound like you?
Being honest, most of us try to be that YOU; willing, consistent, the finisher.
But in reality, we get slammed with life. Life happens and then what?
What to do and what not to do?
Frustration and overwhelm. Disappointment and fear. Activities and dinner. Children and hubby. Laundry and dirty dishes.
So we don’t do!
This is a story you can relate to at one point in your life.
Maybe you are sitting in that position today, wondering what to do and what not to do.
Confusion is real life. Yet your desire for something different is real too.
Why can’t I decide? Why can’t I just do what I need to do? Why can’t I follow the program, it’s only 8 weeks? I was convinced before that I could, and now I feel like I can’t. When will this stop?
These internal dialogues are killers to the psyche. It has you running in all different directions with less and less hope that “you think you can”.
With all the disappointments and still trying to champion your day, there you are, hung up in reality.
So how do you know what to do and what not to do?

Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!
All the stuff out there promises a changed body, a changed tummy, a changed sleeping pattern. All sounds fantastic!
But what they can’t promise is YOU!!
- You are the ingredient to your success.
- You are the ingredient to your failure.
- You are the ingredient to your change.
- You are the ingredient to your impact.
It’s YOU baby!!!
You can try to work everything into your life and follow exactly what to do and what not to do. But YOU must do the work.
- Take AIM!
Instead of searching for the answers, look first at you! See you, your story and who you are. Understand that you will fail. Yet know, too, that you will succeed. Be diligent and consistent in your efforts.
This is your life to live!
When you turn the page on a new day, look in the mirror and see what you have. Grace and grit. Love and hurt. Hope and fear. But what matters is YOU!!!
