The days of the dreaded treadmill are over!! You need to be doing more resistance and strength training. And it doesn’t have to be an ALL day affair.
The best way to get better results in less time is to utilize H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training).
It’s a form of exercise alternating between a high, intense, quick burst of anaerobic exercise and a less intense exercise during recovery. Keep it active though in your recovery.

Benefits that come from your Lean into H.I.I.T. is:
- Increase your metabolism
- Lose fat
- Lower stress
- Increase your growth hormone
You can use any activity that is fun where you can intentionally move with good form and function. Safety first!
- Pick a fun, uplifting movement/exercise you enjoy.
- Perform that exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Rest with a calmer but active movement for double that time (1 to 2 minutes).
- Repeat #2 and #3 for a total of 8 minutes.
***Be sure to warm-up prior to your H.I.I.T. and cool down following your workout.
You can increase your time per exercise as you advance over time. Your body will get stronger. Bring on the confidence. You wear it well!
Also include is a HIIT DOWNLOAD for your use. Always be sure to check with your physician or medical provider before doing any fitness or nutrition program.
Trash your treadmill at least for a full hour. Use it instead 2-3 times a week to lower your stress. Walk swiftly and melt the day away.
