The FIVE Minute Workout is great for when you are limited on time, or want to add a burnout to your muscles following your daily regimen.
Complete each moment for 30 seconds.
Move immediately to the next movement with no rest in between.
This is 10 moves for a total of 5 minutes.
- Jog in place
- Demi jump squat
- Plie squat
- Plie squat with straight arms
- Semi squat with burpee
- Push-ups
- Knee Knee Hands Out In
- Tricep Push-ups (knees down)
- Feet raise
- High knee jab
