My Strength is My Story with Beverly Benskin, Mourning Talk. Beverly is a woman who has a heart for those who are suffering with grief. Grief is natural, but each one of us grieves uniquely. Bev shares her story of walking through grief with the death of her mother and the challenges and blessings that were discovered along the journey.
She has since closed her counseling practice in faith to move full-time into grief coaching. “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” Grief is not a death sentence. Instead you have the opportunity to choose the direction you want to go…grieve and live well.
Beverly Benskin: A devoted daughter, a neonatal ICU nurse, a board-certified Christian Life coach who emphasizes in grief coaching. She is a licensed professional counselor, certified with the Association for Death Education and Counseling. One of her most precious times was serving for 5 years as the facilitator of the “Celebration of Life” for neonates who did not graduate (the loss of his/her life).
