Wall exercises for your body that will give your body a full workout in 9 minutes!
YES!! If you have bad knees you can do this too. Your modification is using a stool or edge of a chair; a hard surface.
1. Wall sits with “Rockette” kicks.
- Get into a sitting position on the wall.
- Hold for 30 seconds. Be sure to zip up your ads. Tuck your pelvis under.
- Stablize yourself and do alternating leg lifts.
- Continue for 30 seconds.
2. Wall push-ups
- Keep hands shoulder width a part.
- The greater the diagonal, the higher the intensity.
- Slow and steady for 1 minute.
3. Wall crunches
- Get back into a 90* sitting angle. If you are a beginner, sit higher up on the wall.
- Zip up your abs. Tuck your pelvis under.
- Hold for 1 minute.
Repeat for 2 more sets. You are on your way to a well-focused, energy making, loving woman!!
