First understand that skin is the largest oran of your body. Skin is apart of your hair. With the hair, there are 4 phases (growing, regression, resting, and shedding). You will lose about 100 hairs per day on average.
*If you have significant hair loss, please see your medical provider.
Then we move to the nails. Your nails grow about .1 millimeters per day. The appearance of your nails is a good indicator if you’re getting enough hydration and nutrients.
So what does your grocery list need to contain?
