This time brings out in me gratitude, forgiveness, grace, unconditional love, happiness, joy. This time is precious. It stirs my heart.

I actually gave up my me time recently. And that was the worse thing I could do for me.

1. Carve out a specified time in your day.
   • Nap time
   • Early morning before the sun rises
   • After the children go to bed
2. Make this a daily commitment to you.
   • Switch it up with your seasons
   • Weekday schedule and a weekend schedule
3. Fill this time that enhances your goodness.
   • Intentional movement (exercise/fitness)
   • Devotions
   • Walking
   • Writing
   • Painting (Be creative)
