We have an internal and external dialogue that affects our mind-body-spirit connection. The average person has 30,000 to 70,000 thoughts per day.
A study done by the National Science Foundation (2005) found that of those thoughts, 80% are negative and 95% are exactly the same repetitive thoughts as the day before.
The battle for your mind is REAL! This is an internal war you face on a daily basis.

If all of this is true, and you and I are spiritual beings, you are going to have the enemy attacking you more. The self doubts, fears; whatever your hang-ups are. The enemy is going to attack because you are vulnerable.
Are you scratching your head? You should be, because the battle for your mind is REAL!
