Wellness is defined as being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.
Well-being is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.
So wellness is subjective and up to you! Of course you can have baseline labs, weight measured, BMI taken. But ultimately to have wellness is up to you and how you define it.
How can you live a life that’s well and whole?
First off, we need to define the parameters of what we’re chatting about —- And that’s physical well-being, nutritional and physical fitness.

- Know where you are. Know where you stand. Acknowledge and own your pain.

- Focus on solutions.
- There is no compromise. How long are you willing to suffer?
- When you say “everything in moderation”, you are giving yourself an excuse, and that can lead to a slippery slope back to focusing on the pain.
