There are risks you have NOT loving yourself. The SIDE EFFECTS of NOT loving yourself is:
- Builds up the “plaque” in the heart.
- the stuff that eats you
- negative thoughts
- continuous put downs
- Blocks the flow in the heart.
- your heart is hardening
- extreme emotions to little emotions
- numbness
- Barely surviving.
- depression
- withdrawn
- living on the edge (in the bad way)
The importance of loving yourself is establishing a healthy relationship with yourself. This healthy relationship is the way God sees you.

The one thing that will be a disservice to you, is loving what YOU have made.
