As much as we want everything in its place, there are days where it’s not possible. Other things get in the way or take precedence.
Don’t take yourself too seriously.
When you take yourself too seriously, you have a tendency to blow things or situations out of proportion. You become less effective in dealing with difficult situations.
So when that glass of milk spills all over your clean counter and freshly scrubbed floor, you go ballistic. And it had nothing to do with the spilt milk! We are taking life too seriously.

Laugh in the moment. Humor has a way of letting the silver lining be seen even when things are crazy and not going how we want them to. It also helps us navigate through the detours and pitstops in our daily life.
Don’t take yourself too seriously.
Laugh more often. Smile bigger. Let you heart shine with optimism.
