To recharge your mind, body, and spirit, there are activities that help. And that one activity is writing.

Ryan Murphy (3-time Gold Medalist Olympic Champion in the 2016 Rio Games) wrote his story in the 3rd grade and illustrated it to his mother.
He said, “I hope to continue swimming like this and become an Olympic swimmer.”
Ryan Murphy did just that and even broke the world record split in the Backstroke with relay team Michael Phelps, Nathan Adrian, Cody Miller, and Ryan Murphy.
