- Just say no! Make NO apart of your vocabulary. If you want to accomplish more, do less. Less is more. It allows you to FOCUS on what is important in your season of life.
Every YES must be defined by 1,000 NO’s!

- Diet (you have to feel good on the inside)
- Movement (mental performance is higher)
- Spiritual Reflection (contributes to overall daily performance)
- Surround yourself with supportive people. People of likemindedness.
