When you begin a “diet” which in those terms refer to limiting your food intake or the types of food, you eat everything that’s on the “not eat” list.

Your “Naught Eat” list becomes your focus. And when you can’t have something, you are drawn more to it. And the more you deprive yourself, the greater the indulgence.
So how do you eat, nourish, and enjoy food without a scarcity mindset?
The K.I.S.S. ~ Develop an abundance mindset for nourishment and nutrition!
- Give yourself permission to live with no absolutes.
- Set healthy boundaries. (wants and needs)
- Change your language. (I can’t to I’m not craving it. I’ll pass.)
- Establish an “Enjoyment Plan”. (enjoyment vs. scarfing)
- Take A.I.M. (put it into practice)
Abundance is plentifulness, bountifulness.
