What happens as women, we try to “fit” ourselves into a mold.
These molds are stereotypes you’ve grown up with and are still dictating how you see yourself.
Take a look in the mirror. What do you see? Who do you see? What do you say to whom you see?
We induce acceptance through stereotypes. Once we induce acceptance, it leads to absorption — your identity, good or bad.
You becoming what you’re telling yourself or what you were led to believe.
In fact, stereotypes are poisonous venom. You may have dealt with some of those serious consequences: eating disorders; mental, physical, emotional abuse; not feeling loved; and so many more.
How do you stop the madness? How do you escape the induced acceptance and absorption so you can create your now?
