Talk about weird or strange; embracing resistance. It brings about an uncomfortable feeling. We don’t want to leave our comfort zone. Is resistance good or bad?
Resistance is good!!!
Resistance allows you to become stronger with who you are. Resistance helps to shape and mold you.

How do you deal with resistance?

- STRENGTH OF MIND. Keep your 20/20 focus. No chasing the shiny new objects. Keep your GPS locked in. No detours. Goals in front of you with clarity.
- HABITS. Hold fast to what you know. Regimens and rituals (habits) provide stability.
- ENDURANCE. Expect change to be difficult. In order to ramp it up, you need endurance.
- COURAGE. Be willing to do the work. Take A.I.M. Using the statement starting with “I am willing”. This brings about ownership during adversity, pain, and difficulty.
