So today is your rainy day. Lots of responsibilities that must get done regardless of how you feel. But you don’t really want to. Bring it on!

You are a warrior. A conquerer of your journey. Some battles will be easy — changing the sheets, wiping a runny nose (gross I know), going through a drive-thru for your favorite coffee drink, mocha latte.
Some battles will be long and hard, even with heavy heartache and possible blood shed.
Bring it on! The good. The bad. The ugly. You are a warrior.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Take the Superhero pose!
- Feet slightly wider than hip width a part.
- Hands on your hips, elbows slightly forward as if you’re getting ready to go forward.
- Head is being pulled up by a string. (You gain an extra 2 inches of height.)
When life throws you a curve ball, stand in your Superhero pose and shout, “Bring it on!” These are your battles to win.
