Bad days happen whether you wish them to or not. Wouldn’t it be nice to know how to change a bad day? Then you would change a bad day into a good day.
What is the definition of a bad day? It is different for each person, each family, each situation. There is no set definition as to why you have a bad day.
Maybe it’s in your genes. Maybe it’s a choice.
Regardless, having a bad day is no fun no matter how you look at it. So whether it is split milk, the children who set you off, traffic, a disagreement with your spouse, a bad hair day, a missed bill payment, or an unexpected incident, you can turn it around.
So how do you change a bad day into a good day?
