How would it feel to wake up happy every morning? Ready to enjoy your day and soak up all the indelible moments.
How do you wake up now? Maybe groggy wanting to hit that snooze button just one more time. Wishing it was your day off to chill with no schedule.
All would be great. However, in order to wake up happy, you must choose your happy. And this is how you can do it.

- How do you want to feel?
- Set a power of intention statement. Your theme of the week, word of the day, meditation, scripture, devotion, etc.
- Write it on a sticky note and place at your alarm. This is your WAKE UP CALL. 🙂
- What do you want to accomplish?
- Organize your “plan”fits. (Layout your outfit for the day, what you need, etc.)
- Ready your FIRST FOCUS area; your action spot.
- Open your blinds! Let the rays of happy in!! You need the sunshine.
- Be careful what you eat the night before. Keep it to “real” food; God made it from the earth food. Less process food will decrease inflammation and the “hot air balloon” symptoms.
