Oh my!! What to do when your day is not going well. Sleeping in would be an accomplishment. OH what to do? Shake it off!
When you have bad days, you gotta shake it off. Don’t dwell on what went wrong. Look to the good, even if it’s the littlest, simplest think. You matter!
Letting things fester inside you only brings about self doubt, bitterness and loneliness which leads to frustration and overwhelm.
Life is bigger than your little hiccups. In fact, maybe if you were to hold your breath and count to 30, the hiccups would go away.
Shake it off!
You can’t allow yourself to get caught up in the naysayers, the what ifs. Do what you can control. First, shake it off.
Then bounce back to doing what is the next step. Take A.I.M.
And you are when you shake it off and respond to life in a way that moves you forward and levels you up.
