Wouldn’t it be nice to sit back and choose exactly what you wanted your body to look like? A certain size, physique; how to get the body you want.
You want to lose weight. You want a better body, a stronger body.
You desire to live a healthy lifestyle.
Maybe you want to be a certain size, or have a certain look; more like you were before you had the children.
However, you have no time in your day. You are SO busy that you can’t add one more thing.
You are tired and not getting enough sleep. How to get the body you want.
Intimacy in the bedroom is basically nothing…You no longer love the reflection you see in the mirror. You don’t feel sexy!
And then you find yourself listing all the what ifs, that these become your excuses. Why even try. It’s easier not to do anything. You have already failed too many other times.
How to get the body your want?
Some basics are:
- Nutrition
- Intentional movement (exercise/fitness)
- Mindset
- Stress
- Sleep
- Hormones
If you keep doing the same thing, you will get the same results. So you MUST make changes if changes are going to occur.
How to get the body you want?

- SIMPLIFY (Don’t try and do it all at once.)
- MINDSET (Do you have a growth or fixed mindset?)
- Be REALISTIC
- Build your FOUNDATION
- Jumping off point (Your First Goal)
- What will have the greatest effect long term on your body? (eating habits, intentional movement, etc.). Journal the old fashion way.
- Check-in (You must see how your doing over a period of time like week to week.)
- Add a goal and/or adjust your current goal. ONLY make movement on ONE thing – one new goal OR adjusting a current goal, not both.
