Life is not about what you are doing right, but more about what’s driving your excuses. If you focused more on your purpose, the passion would fuel your everyday presence, and then you would not be contemplating whether you’re good enough.
But how many of your days are lived in that manner?

Are you choosing to wake up with hope in your step to guide your actions with discipline?
Or have you been hiding out with your excuses because you know them all too well? And if you’re comfortable, there’s no reason to change.
But let’s get real on this beautiful day! You are created for more, destined to create your now.
So, what’s driving your excuses? What makes you feel stuck and keeps you settled in that chair of comfort?
Causes for Feeling Stuck:
1. Fear of Failure: The fear of not succeeding or living up to expectations can be a powerful driver of excuses. This fear can paralyze us and prevent us from taking risks or stepping outside our comfort zones.
2. Lack of Clarity: Uncertainty about our purpose or direction in life can lead to indecision and inaction. Without a clear vision of where we want to go, it’s easy to get caught up in excuses and distractions.
3. Negative Self-Talk: Negative beliefs about our capabilities or worthiness can undermine our confidence and fuel self-doubt. This negative self-talk can create a barrier to pursuing our purpose with conviction.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Break the chains of excuses!
You can break the chains of excuses when you decide to do it. Otherwise, you will keep doing what has not worked for you in the past.
So what do you want?
Ways to Break Free:
1. Challenge Your Limiting Beliefs: Identify and challenge the negative beliefs that are holding you back. Replace them with positive affirmations and reminders of your strengths and past achievements.
2. Set Small, Achievable Goals: Break down your larger purpose into smaller, manageable goals. By taking small steps towards your vision, you can build momentum and confidence, overcoming the inertia of excuses.
3. Cultivate and Celebrate with a Supportive Environment: Surround yourself with people who believe in your potential and encourage you to pursue your purpose. Seek out mentors, coaches, or like-minded individuals who can provide guidance and accountability.
One way to look at what to do next is to ask yourself: What do I want to cuddle up with? What do I value? Where do I want to be tomorrow?
Don’t cloud your expectations with dreams that are too big to come true tomorrow. Take the next step and create your now.
