What happens when you are tempted by the smells and moved by your habits? Does healthy living win, or does your gut lose? Whether you want a change or not, remember how you feel.
Because honestly, that is what matters. When you eat the wrong things, stop doing what lubricates your body, and inhale stress like you do candy, the only thing that might help you escape is your feelings.

Feelings can change how you react, let alone respond, all because you relate quickly.
The mind, body, and spirit collect data that creates a living equation for you every day. You either have the tools to enjoy and thrive. Or you are sent on a mission to figure out a way to survive.
What are you doing when it comes to healthy living?
Are you relying on what you know, or lingering on what works for the average?
Oh, my friend, your body is not average! You were created on purpose, for a purpose. There is no way you can fool what your body knows to be the truth.
So stop hiding.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Look for what matters!
Your body knows what it needs; all you have to do is listen.
So, how can you tune in to your body’s wisdom and honor your feelings for a more balanced, fulfilling life?
1. Practice Mindful Eating: Next time you sit down to a meal, slow down and savor each bite. Pay attention to how different foods make you feel physically and emotionally. Take the time to nurture your holistic well-being.
2. Recharge Yourself: Carve out time in your busy schedule for self-care practices. Whether it’s a walk in nature, a relaxing bath, or a few moments of meditation, prioritize activities that nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
“There is no way you can fool what your body knows to be true. Embrace your feelings as valuable messenger.” ~ Kristianne Wargo
3. Honor Your Emotional Landscape & Language: Your emotions are a vital part of your internal guidance positioning system (iGPS). Instead of numbing them with distractions, allow yourself to feel and process your emotions in a healthy manner. Listen to the words you repeat in your head or out loud. They matter, too. Remember that your feelings are there to guide you towards a life of authenticity and well-being.
This is your presence!
Your body is not average; it is a unique vessel with its own individual needs and preferences. By pausing to acknowledge and honor your feelings, you can embark on a journey of self-discovery and holistic wellness.
Let go of the habits that no longer serve you. Your daily gold in life; remember how you feel.
“Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!“
