Life has a way of veering off course just when we think we have everything figured out. How can you go from “I’m not good enough” to no matter what happens next?
Moments of defeat can easily eclipse our enthusiasm and drown out our ambitions.

However, it is in these pivotal moments that we have a choice – to wallow in self-doubt or to embrace the uncertainty with resilience and determination.
Where are you normally? In fact, what has been a pivotable point where you shut down instead of rising up?
Did you notice that football is back?!?
Just like pre-season football–the team thinks they are ready, only to find themselves up against a team they should win against, but lost miserably to.
No matter what happens next.
Or is it the next that we think–the “next” out of defeat, or the “next” as in, let’s do this, next!
It’s not about the setback that truly matters, but how you come back and approach what comes next.
“No matter what happens next, it is your response that defines your direction.” ~ Kristianne Wargo
The K.I.S.S. ~ Define your direction!
“You get to decide your direction by your decision.” ~ Kristianne Wargo
And your decision is comprised of many actions. Depending on what you do, depends on the direction you will go.
1. Embrace the Power of Resilience: Resilience is the cornerstone of coming back from setbacks. Instead of dwelling on past failures, shift your focus to how you can learn and grow from them.
As Thomas Edison once said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”
“Every setback is an opportunity for a comeback.” ~ Kristianne Wargo
2. Cultivate a Positive Mindset: Your outlook on life plays a significant role in shaping your experiences. By maintaining a positive mindset, you can navigate through challenges with grace and optimism.
In the words of Winston Churchill, “The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.”
Focus on the possibilities that lie ahead, no matter what the current circumstances may be.
3. Set Goals and Take A.I.M.: Channel your energy and enthusiasm into setting specific, achievable goals that align with your aspirations. Break down your goals into manageable steps and take consistent action towards achieving them.
“One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!” ~ Kristianne Wargo
We live in a world filled with uncertainties and obstacles, but your determination and perseverance pave the way for a brighter future.
Remember, no matter what happens next, it’s the NEXT that counts!!
In other words, no matter what happens …. next!!!
So, embrace the challenges, cultivate resilience, maintain a positive mindset, and take proactive steps toward your goals.
Your journey is defined by how you navigate through the twists and turns of life, with the unwavering belief that no matter what happens … next!
“Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!“
