2. ESTABLISH a Routine: Create a daily schedule that includes time for exercise, meal planning, and self-care. Building a routine helps to make healthy habits a natural part of your day-to-day life.

3. EMBRACE Progress, Not Perfection: Celebrate small victories along the way and learn from setbacks. Remember that it’s okay to stumble as long as you get back up and keep moving forward.
As I always say, “Life isn’t about perfection, but learning to pivot with imperfection which makes every day a perfect day for your presence.”
