Often, we push ourselves to the brink of exhaustion while chasing our goals and dreams. We continuously grind, work, and hustle, only to find ourselves feeling completely drained. It’s time to shift from exhausted to energized.
This mental and physical exhaustion seems to be the go-to lately, usually resulting in negative attributes like anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, and fear.

How tired are you living in that body of yours?
So what if you could make some adjustments to turn your exhaustion into fuel that propels your forward?
Now that’s energy I think we all would agree to.
With the right mindset and strategies, you can shift from exhausted to energized.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Shift from exhausted to energized!
1. Take care of yourself: When you’re tired, you are more likely to reach for sugary snacks and caffeine rather than take care of your body. However, proper sleep, nutrition, and exercise can help increase energy levels and promote overall well-being.
2. Practice mindfulness: Meditation and mindfulness practices can help decrease anxiety levels and increase focus, allowing us to face challenges with greater clarity and purpose. Think about your breath. Put your hand on your heart, not just for the Star Spangled Banner and Pledge of Allegiance, but to feel your heart beat.
3. Connect to your passion: Often, a lack of passion for your work can lead to mental exhaustion. But, when you find your passion, you are inspired, energized, and motivated. Take the time to explore your interests and find what you love.
4. Connect with others: Building relationships with friends, family or colleagues can provide much-needed support, motivation, and inspiration. Highly social networks have been proven to lower stress levels and increase happiness. Gather together in person!
5. Trust in God: The Bible implores you to cast your burden on the Lord, and He will sustain you (Psalms 55:22). When you walk by faith, you have hope. Hope cancels out exhaustion and leaves a spark, which provides strength and inner peace, even in the face of difficult situations.
So take what’s negative and kick it to the curb. All you have to say is, “Not today!”
“Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!“
