When considering your #60DayPush goals, your level of motivation will be affected by the following:
- VALUES – Why do you want to accomplish this? These are both internal and external factors.
- NEEDS – What drives you? Your achievement, competence, self-worth (self-esteem), creativity, confidence.
- EXPECTATIONS – Can you accomplish this? It encompasses your previous experiences (good or bad), success of others, feedback of your own performance.
