Have you ever felt like you’re running a race, but it seems like you’re not making progress; working hard, but the results not showing up fast enough? If you want to stay in the race of your life, walk faster than you run.
It’s a common misconception that if you want to achieve success, you have to move like you’re going to “break your neck” speed.

Often, we’re told to hustle harder, work longer hours, and push ourselves to the limit. But the truth is, sometimes slow and steady wins the race.
When you feel like you’re not making progress, it’s easy to get discouraged. You want to give up, and you think that you’re never going to reach your goals.
But the key to success is to keep moving forward, even if it’s at a slower pace.
Remember, every step you take is a step in the right direction.
At the time, it may not seem like you’re making much progress, But as time passes, those small steps will add up. And before you know it, you’ll be much farther along than you ever thought possible.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Walk faster than you run!
The key is to keep going, even when it feels like you’re not getting anywhere. Keep taking those small steps, and before you know it, you’ll have covered a lot of ground.
Think about it this way: when you’re running, you’re focused on going as fast as you can. You’re putting all your energy into moving forward, but you’re also using up a lot of energy in the process.
When you walk, you’re still moving forward, but you’re using less energy to do it.
The same is true in life. When you’re constantly pushing yourself to move faster, you’re using up a lot of energy, and it can be exhausting.
But when you slow down and take things at a more manageable pace, you can conserve your energy and keep going for longer.
So don’t feel discouraged because things aren’t moving as quickly as you’d want.
Walk faster than you run. Slow down in order to speed up. You want to set the pace for a lifelong race.

Success is not a race, and there’s no need to rush. Keep moving forward, and you’ll get there eventually. The journey may be slow, but the destination will be celebrated.
CHALLENGE: What can you do to walk faster than you run?
PRAYER: May your goals light up the passion in your heart. Make time to slow down so you can speed up. And along the way, be sure to enjoy the journey.
