We are planning dinner while listening to the kiddos talk about their day. We jump from daydreaming to laundry faster than we can go to the bathroom.
Strange? YES! Yet this is real life!
If you want something different than where you’re at, you have got to create your now!
It’s not about the results of tomorrow. You have got to get the results today.
And that means, one step!

Let’s break down the basics of health.
1. Nutrition – Are you eating what you need for your body?
2. Fitness – Are you moving intentionally for your body?
3. Sleep – Are you getting enough sound sleep for your body?
4. Balance – Are you “giving and taking” appropriately for your body?
5. Hydration – Are you drinking enough water for your body?
6. Vitamins & Minerals – Are you taking a multivitamin?
7. Mindset – Are you taking care of your thoughts?
8. Emotions – Are you grounded in your emotional well-being?
9. Intellect – Are you learning to keep your brain active?
10. Restoration – Are you getting enough restoration & rejuvenation for your body?
