The K.I.S.S. ~ Establish an essential AM routine!
That essential AM routine starts the minute your eyes open; your morning routine has begun.
Developing small, energizing habits after you leave your pillow can help you conquer even the craziest, chaotic days.
Instead of getting caught up in checking emails or scrolling through social media, racing to get the kiddos ready for the day, start with some “me” time.
But I don’t want it to be the typical routine that you think of when making your new year’s resolutions.
It’s the affirmative “I AM…” statements that propel you forward toward your goal.

Even if you only have a short period of time in the morning, establishing a routine allows you to move through your day in a more relaxed way. It’s not about how much time you have, but what you do with that time.
- I AM strong.
- I AM beautiful.
- I AM energized.
- I AM physical.
- I AM love.
- I AM focused.
- I AM content.
- I AM joyful.
The “I AM…” statements are to tantalize your senses to gain what you know to be true when you go out and do.
This is your head and heart work for your healthy living!
