Your well-being starts with your everyday decisions. Yet how do you decide what’s right for your healthy lifestyle? Do you need a label to make a change?
What if you could get a great deal on your health? Would you pay the price? Would you find a way to escape the cost? Or would you have to be labeled in order to make a change?

Unfortunately, labels are used for good and bad. They make one stand out for something, giving them the excuse to do what they have to do.
But if that label doesn’t exist and doesn’t bring about the right attention, why change anything?
Most people like to do something when recognition comes with the territory.
Why do you think diets are so wonderful? It’s not the diet that they’re after. It’s the label of who you become after going on the diet. You want to be the one who lost 30 lbs.
Do you need a label to make a change?
Mental health needs to be talked about more often, so we get away from the stigma. However, some don’t want to talk about it as often, because it will negate the label that brings benefits, so to speak.
Plus, labels also confine the changes that are possible. Within diagnosing mental well-being, if we could distinguish between the intensities of the mind and body, then look at how it affects the “heart” or humanness of who we are, we might be able to make greater headway than labeling anyway.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Do you need a label to make a change?
This episode has a little different spin to it. I want you to think about why you do what you do when it comes to your health.
Are you in search of becoming your best selfie?
Or are you living by excuses to maintain or get a label?
Or maybe you’re caught in the middle. You need a label to force you into a position to make a change.
Basically, it’s putting on the pressure to decide what’s for real.
CHALLENGE: How do you show up for your health?
CAUTION: Don’t tell yourself lies to make it easy. Be honest and see the facts.
CELEBRATE: When you have the answer to how you respond to your health and mental well-being, then make the decision and don’t fight yourself.
Your well-being is very personal. And with that, comes your responsibility to care for your mind, body, and spirit. Do you need a label to make a change? Or do you just need to make a change?
