Life can get tangled up sometimes. Many trials, tribulations, challenges and celebrations. With it all, overcoming overwhelm can be a norm in daily living.
Overwhelm is defined as having a strong emotional effect on.
It can feel suffocating. Can’t catch your breath. Thoughts scattered. Brain senses overload. You are in a state of overwhelm. You have no control.
