If you are one who likes to cross off the to-do list, you are looking from a results point of view.

Life does not have to be always result-oriented and directed. Just because you have stuff on your to-do list at the end of the day, does that mean the day wasn’t great?

Of course not.

But think back to just yesterday. Or you could consider what has happened up until now. If you were asked, “How was your day?’, what would be your response?

And if that response was a negative comment, why was it?

When you begin to remove your feelings that are attached to the outcome, you see things more from a factual perspective. What this allows you to see is that you don’t always have to get the results you desire in your daily activities in order for it to be a good day!
