Life can lead us down paths of pause; too much to do and not enough time. A life lived from the back-burner. However, when it comes to your health, you have to ditch the pause button.

- Ditch the child’s basketball game.
- Ditch the dishes.
- Ditch the news.
- Ditch shoveling the snow.
- Ditch preparing for that meeting.
But you aren’t so quick to ditch what doesn’t serve your body.
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is within you, whom you have [received as a gift] from God, and that you are not your own [property]? 20 You were bought with a price [you were actually purchased with the precious blood of Jesus and made His own]. So then, honor and glorify God with your body.” ~ 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 AMP

You were created with everything you need. Your body is extraordinary. If you take care of it, it will take care of you.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Ditch the pause button!
This can be very challenging, but in all honesty, it doesn’t have to be.
It is time that you get serious about how you take care of you. But there is a F.E.E. that you will have to pay.
- FUEL your body with excellent nutrition.
- What you feed on, you will continue to crave.
- What do you want to look like?
- Enrich your body with vitamins and nutrients that God made.
- ENERGIZE with intentional movement.
- The more you sit, the more you stay. (It all goes to the dogs.)
- You have got to move!!
- This isn’t about fitness and exercise. It’s about moving your body like it was created to move.
- ENGAGE in purposeful rest.
- Your body resets every day.
- You have to give your body the opportunity to reset. And that takes 7-9 hours on average.
So who are you trying to fool?
Are you trying to convince yourself that all those little bites of nothin’-nothin’ isn’t really that bad?
Or are you trying to treat your body as God designed you?
Give your body a chance to thrive and ditch the pause button.
