Even though the days can be cumbersome, just show up. Your presence counts. And like Brené Brown says, “Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.”
You can drill yourself into the ground with all the things you have to do today, with all the things you can’t do, and with all the things you wish you could do.

But living in the should have, would have, and could have is a little be ridiculous. It doesn’t get you anywhere fast. In fact, it slows the process even more because you are dwelling on what could, would, or should have been.
Jump to your feet.
No literally, jump to your feet. You are alive. Which gives you the opportunity to create an impact in the world you touch.
And no one can impact the way you do.
- No one has your smile.
- No one has your touch.
- No one has your eyes.
- No one has your heart.
The world needs you.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Just show up!
You don’t need all the answers to do what must be done.
“One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!” ~ Kristianne Wargo
Just show up!
I was chatting with my girlfriend the other day and she expressed how important it is for her to just show up.
By being present, you are giving space to do what needs to be done whether that’s getting your workout done, getting dinner ready, folding the laundry, schooling the children, or taking a shower for the first time in three days.
Just show up.
Make each day your masterpiece. Do what you need to do to be present.
No excuses. No hiding. No complaining.
Just show up.
And if you’re one to fret too much over what didn’t happen, think about Albert Einstein said.
“Learn from yesterday. Live for today. Hope for tomorrow.” ~ Albert Einstein
So what are you willing to do in order to just show up?
Maybe you take a quick shower in order to get breakfast done with a smile. Maybe it’s leaving the laundry unfolded so you can read with the children. Maybe it’s get up 20 minutes early to get a HIIT workout in.
What you do matters! YOU matter!!!
Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire every day.
Just show up.
