There is SO much to do! Is this the lost summer? Oh wait, this happened last summer. When will it stop?
How do you stop time?
Moms, we are so guilty when taking a break. But your mind, body and spirit requires it! You really need a day between Saturday and Sunday. And if only? It would be filled with laundry, chores, more work, yard work, dishes, and all.
How do you stop time with no guilt?
The K.I.S.S. ~ The Rs Cubed!
- REST – Take a day off.
- RESPITE – Allowing a break in the week.
- RECESS – An interruption to the daily grind.
