Jon Kabat-Zinn defines “mindfulness as the awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.”
We need to commit to being attentive with intention in the present moment.
“Mindfulness is the whole way of living, a way being engaged, deeply connected, and tapping into an inner resource that’s always available.”
Can the art of mindfulness help you gain more clarity and focus, help to elevate your daily performance as a high achiever, a high performer? Can it help to solidify and anchor what you really want in life, what your dreams are?
