Emptiness can facilitate growth or it can lead you down the bunny trail of despair, anguish, and hopelessness.
All of those feelings are real. And one you probably fight with too often to admit.
Why is it that what we don’t have is wrapped in shame?
Stand bold for who you are. You most likely don’t have everything you want in life. But because you have breathe, let’s get stronger by recognizing where are you empty.
You have to face your giants. It’s the David and Goliath effect. What are you Goliaths, your giants?
These giants that you’re facing are the ones truly holding you back. It gets you to run the other direction to hide in shame and fear.
Break the chains. But you can’t break a chain if you don’t know what it is.

- Define the hurt.
- Name the part of the hurt YOU are responsible for.
