How many things to you go to the extreme on? I can think of way too many like the food we eat, how we exercise, the right way to raise children, how much we should volunteer at church. We go to the extremes on a lot of things.

- How is this going to benefit my goals?
- Is this going to take me the direction I want to go?

Look at where you were last year. If you keep doing the same thing, you’ll be right here, just a year older.
